Yerba Mate La Merced Campo Sur is the latest offering from Las Marias, the company also responsible for the production of well-known brands like Taragui and Union. This time, the brand’s portfolio has been expanded with La Merced. A high-quality product, well-known to many experienced mate enthusiasts, it’s definitely worth paying attention to. Yerba Mate La Merced Campo Sur, with its gentle and friendly profile, consists of a blend made exclusively from yerba plants cultivated in the north-eastern part of the Corrientes province, stored in a traditional manner. Its ground, limited collection is dominated by yellow and sweet notes, allowing for the enjoyment of an exceptional and naturally balanced taste.
The name Campo Sur refers to the southernmost yerba mate plantations from which the dried leaves for the production of this La Merced are obtained. The product is described on the packaging as light and delicate (liviana y delicada). We must admit that there is a lot of truth in this, although the taste is pleasant and decisive, a very interesting combination.

Good, if you are looking for smooth, mellow Yerba. Not that intensive in taste as Taragui, but good for evening yerba drinking. Similar to Mate Rojo Traditional, but a bit more intense. A bit different from Traditional yerba. This yerba feels a bit softer.
