1.1 You retain the right to engage in the complaints process, where you can express concerns regarding the electronic services offered by the Administrator. This includes concerns about the operation of the Service or matters related to transaction settlements.

1.3 The complaint should minimally include your name, address, email address, and a description of the concerns. If the provided details in the complaint are insufficient, the Administrator may request additional information before processing the complaint.

1.4 The Administrator will address the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

1.5 Responses to complaints will be delivered in the manner and to the address mentioned in the complaint.

1.6 If the complaint raises issues beyond the Administrator’s responsibility (e.g., copyright infringements by product manufacturers), the Administrator will promptly relay the complaint to the appropriate party.

1.7 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the User’s account. For credit card payments, refunds will be credited to the card originally used for the purchase.
